Course Overview

The AOS course helps you to achieve the full knowledge and expertise needed to create and manage business-critical data centre operations to reduce risk and achieve uptime, performance, and efficiency. The expanded course is designed to help professionals better manage the complexity of modern data centre infrastructure, enabling more precise identification and mitigation of operational risk in critical facilities.

If you are responsible for managing business-critical facilities, the Accredited Operations Specialist (AOS) program provides a body of knowledge in every aspect of running an effective and sustainable data centre whether a single facility or a full portfolio. Based on the principle that operations is the single greatest factor in sustaining uptime performance; training covers a broad range of topics including policies and procedures, staffing, business operations, maintenance, risk management, facility optimisation, health, safety, and security and more. Program participants learn to build and align their teams on the best practices to prevent and respond to data centre incidents, operate efficiently, and achieve sustainable performance excellence.

AOS is an intensive 5-day, 28-hour program plus an accreditation examination for data centre managers and operators.
