The key for the entire digital infrastructure industry during this period of uncertainty is to work together and support each other both on a personal and professional level. I had anticipated that our delivery model would\nmove to 90% remote delivery model within the next two years, but I believed it\nwas going to be the Green & Sustainability agenda that drove this cultural\nchange, sadly, it is another serious issue which is forcing that change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We began developing and deploying our remote attendance capability over 3 years ago, this has included developing our technical delivery capability, teaching our technical Instructors how to deliver with an altered style, adapting in class exercises and producing learner guidance for remote attendance etiquette \u2013 we have left no stone unturned in our pursuit of delivery excellence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
